Hello, Mountain Dew bottles make pretty leaves. Just find a pattern you like and cut off the top and bottom off the bottle so that you have a somewhat flat surface to work with.
Rebecca's Suggestion is great for creating any Stencil or Pattern, as an Aluminum sheet resource or if you don't have access to Aluminum foil (you can print out the design on an everyday printer), but you never want to install sharp or jagged edges around children, pets or grandchildren, so you use that Pattern for marking wood.
1/4×24×24 craft boards work great for anything.
