Rethink that. Unless you live in a crime free neighborhood, that type of set up is too easy to break into. I would explore carriage or barn looking doors that you can secure properly.
Ditto, plus you need to have the same extra blank width on either side of doors with no obstacles like lights. Do you have 12 ft walls past your garage doors? Also can't have garage door opener.
Anita barn doors also don't seal well. There are garage doors sold that look like barn doors but provide the security and sealing abilities of a regular garage door. Goggle garage doors that look like barn doors to see your options.
