Put some fermented or old wine in a small glass about half way up. Cover with plastic wrap, and put a few small tiny holes in the wrap, wide enough so they can get in. Once in they'll die. Aloha!

Set your bowl in an area where gnats are prevalent, such as your kitchen or bathroom. This took care of my problem in just a couple of days!
