How do I get one basement window to stop leaking at the base?

With heavy rains it happens at only one of 4 Windows. It's pours down the wall under the window, not thru a seal. Unsure if waterproofing material is enough to do it....

How about diverting the rain before it gets there?
Apply foam weather seal on the bottom of the window frame. The window will compress the foam when closed.

To me it sounds like an issue of outside landscaping and or a window well needed to be installed.

Is it a combo screen/storm window? If so, there is a small hole that goes outside your house along the bottom. That is there to drain any water that comes through the screen. If that's the problem, take a look to see if it's blocked. Sometimes that happens.
If that's not the case and it's an indoor window, the window itself may need to be replaced or there may be a leak in your roof that is letting water run down the studs next to the window. In that case, you'll need to find the link and/or hire a professional to find and fix it. Wishing you the best.
