How to remove kitchen island with electric stove top and exhaust hood?

this is a 1984 modular, island came with the house and is ugly, the exhaust has a small cabinet and now leaks want gone. The island has electric stove top that no longer works and is in the way. Please help!!!!!!

You should be able to disconnect the electrical wires and then remove the exhaust hood and stove top---both should just be screwed into place. Make sure you shut your electrical breakers off to the stove top and hood first!!

Unless you're familiar with construction and electrical work, I would suggest finding a local kitchen contractor for assistance. Don't try to save money at the expense of your home or your life. Besides - you want it done so that it looks good, right? Without further leaks? Be safe!
