Hi Wink, You can buy Concrete Paint. If you seal the concrete first, the paint won't disappear into the concrete even if you use render paint.

  • Hey wink, concrete is very porous and moisture becomes trapped inside so paint doesnt stick very well. It will eventually peel and bubble. Concrete stain is amazing, it's fun to work with and it will last forever

Confused. Please clarify. Do you want to change colors on the seating/fireplace, or USE different colors on them?

Hi Wink, we used Behr DeckOver on our concrete and it has held up perfectly for 2 1/2 years now. We used it on our deck at the same time, and the deck is now ruined (peeling terribly) but the concrete still looks great!

I saw a primer for concrete to use before painting. Another idea is spray paint and the then plaster decorative tiles on them. 4 X 4 tiles or the longer ones that cove the whole side. You have a blank canvas so the options are endless. Have fun.
