How to enlarge baseboards?

    You can leave an even gap at the top of your current baseboard and install a small piece of trim above. Then paint the whole thing your baseboard color. Tada! They look much taller now. :)

    Here's a picture to go with the Frugal Family answer! I think this could look really nice if you have white baseboard.

    Gra Hello. Your baseboards are about 2 inches. You need to buy 3 1/2 inches, and saw it to fit, paint it first before you put it up. Aloha!
