my driveway was redone and within the first winter top pieces of concrete were poping out causing a divet in the concrete. we are getting close to winter and I want to fix this situation before it gets worse. How do I fill the holes and seal it so it doesn't happen anymore. I sure do miss my blacktop.

Sounds like a mixture of winter salt treatment and a poor concrete job. To fix or stop further deteriation, clean well and add a concrete sealer.

Did you call the guys who put in the driveway? There should be some kind of warranty on it if it was done last year or so.

Unfortunately the man passed away. When I reached out to some of his friends they told me that is what happens to concrete after snow. It is really due to the salt on your tires or what the snow plow guys throw in your driveway when they are cleaning the streets. We had 2 inches last year. Very dissapointed
