You can also Copy and Paste most internet content to a word program. Find the article you need to copy. Highlight what you need by Clicking on and Dragging the mouse across the copy. Then Right-Click and choose Copy from the menu that appears.

Open your Word program to a new document. Click on Edit then Paste. The copied directions should appear on the page. Sometimes junk from a webpage will come along for the ride, and you can delete that now.

Most photos will also transfer when you Click and Drag the mouse, and should appear in your word program when you paste. If they don't you may see blank squares instead. The work around is to Save each photo by Right-Clicking on it and choosing Save Image As. The image should go into your Downloads folder, but check its destination in the Save As dialogue box that opens. You may want to rename the photo before saving it to make it easier to find.

Go back to your Word document and look for Insert in the menu. then chose Picture or Graphics from File in the drop down menu. (The exact words will vary from program to program.) This will open a list of files, but you may need to navigate to Downloads to find the saved photo. Look for the image or name of the desired photo, then click Open or Insert. The photo will appear wherever the cursor was when you clicked on Insert. You can use the square "handles" to resize the photo if needed by clicking and dragging on them. Click on the photo to see them if they are not apparent.

Hello Nicky Jo, Mindset provided you great instructions to use in the future. In fact, I do this (or very similar often) but it was great to read through the precise instructions, so I'm copying and saving them into a word document for the next time I help someone in my Computer Club. Much better to have the printed word to provide than just verbal instructions. Great job, Mindset!
