with apic would be easyer to solve but check hinges see if there tight
Check to see if it was hung properly, if all screws on the hinges are right , if they are use weather stripping to seal the gap.
Sounds like the frame is pulling away from the studs. I'd call a contractor to make sure there isn't something bigger going on.
Stick some insulation in it or get a can and spray the insulation in it
Use expaning filler in a can, or get it fixed properly using a proffessional.
