I would try a combo of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Make a paste and just let it sit for a good long while (at least over night) scrub with hot water and repeat.
Don't use bleach. Heat up a cup of white vinegar, then add some Dawn Platinum about 4 tablespoons. Mix and pour into a spray bottle. Then fill the bottle with water. Shake well. Spray on the grout and let stand several hours. You may have to do this more than once if the mold is bad. But it will work. Use weekly.
This also makes a great toilet bowl cleaner, gets rid of water stains almost immediately.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...
