How to repair foundation Vents?

How would I do a quick fix to correct some of the outside vents on the foundation of the home that are beginning to pull away from the cement?

Hi Becky, a quick fix would be to buy masonry caulk and simply caulk around them.
What type of material are they made of?
Just the cheaper plastic
