How to insulate windows and doors?

I would like to insulate my windows and doors for the winter. Something like what we can find on stores, not too expensive please?

You can use the plastic window insulating kits. You can buy them just about anywhere. Homecenter, Walmart, hardware stores, etc. For the doors use door weatherstripping on the outside frame and install a door sweep.on the outside.
