Hi Mamie. My name is Cindy. You could use a stencil to make your faux brick wall. Get yourself a good stencil brush and at least 3 colors of paint. Stipple your base color first. Use a very small amount of paint for it. Dab the paint off onto a paper towel before applying to stencil. And then use make-up sponges to add the other two colors. That will give your bricks some dimension. Mamie, there's really no bad way to do this. But I do recommend working on a piece of cardboard first til you get the hang of it. Best wishes from Cindy.
