Try this site for your soil issues. Hopefully you will get a bumper crop of tomatoes next year!

This might not be the right answer but here is a organic bug spray, NATURAL Bug spray: one gallon of water, one cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide, one table spoon of liquid soap, Dawn or Joy and or any sticking agent. You can spray as often as you want, will not hurt the plants, what ever goes into the soil will benefit your soil. You can also spray your plants that you want to keep from freezing, but you have to do it each time that you are expecting to get a frost. Ear wicks and squash bugs you have to hit them directly

Also you should be rotating your crops each year.

Don't plant your tomatoes in that area for 3 years. Throw away your plants when the season is over - don't mulch them in as you will only spread the disease.

Hello. I would try cover the soil with black fabric or plastic and try to bake out any fungus or bacteria. I would also wipe down any tomato cages with bleach water. I would also add egg shells to your soil in spring/summer when you are prepping the garden. I also use tomato tone which is high in calcium. Most of the time this can be prevented if the plants have plenty of calcium. Good Luck!
