How to remove tree stains from white shirt?

After the last tropical storm recently, I woke up and tried to leave for work only to find my driveway blocked from
fallen tree. Large oak fell in the woods and top of tree broke in many branches in my driveway. So, I started pulling branches. Several hours later, the debris was cleared and I was a mess. My white shirt just look dirty. I put it in the wash and these stains were left. It is not gum or tar. Have washed the cotton shirt three times now and the stains are still there. I kinda looks like purple dye now. Should I just give up and through away the shirt? Help anyone.

Try putting some lemon juice on the spot, then let it sit for a while. Wash it again to see if that helps. If you have put it into the dryer, the heat may have set the spot, but if you see that the spot has lightened, repeat until it's gone. Wishing you the best.
Have you tried using bleach?
Mix one-half cup of each of the following: Bleach, Detergent, Vinegar & Dishwasher detergent. Add to a sink full of very hot water. Add the shirt and soak overnight. Launder as usual. This works on sports uniforms grass stains or baby clothes as a first treatment. Since you have already washed your shirt it might not work as well but it is worth a shot.

You're lucky it's white! Bleach can get rid of many stains on white clothes. I would try using an old toothbrush or an old cloth to dip into some bleach and then apply it directly to the stain. Leave it on overnight if you need to. I would apply it and check it every so often, and if the stain seems to be very stubborn, then let the bleach work overnight. If you're to the point of throwing it away, bleaching out the stain overnight is a worthwhile attempt to save the shirt.
