How to replace a couple of damaged vinyl siding boards??

    The hardest part is getting the right color. Vinyl siding is made up of 2-3 rows. Find the bottom row of the damaged section using the vertical seam as a clue. Peel off this row and the "bottom" row above the damaged area. (There is a simple, cheap tool available at most big box stores) The damaged section can now be removed.
