maybe bondo (the stuff they used for repairing cars) would probably work.
I would get a professional to drill a small hole into the nose area to add a support rebar. Then I'd be able to add cement to build up the nose without fearing it would fall off.
I'd let it go, adds to the aging process of concrete. Little chips and green moss makes it cooler
