How to winterized rhubarb & do you cut back?

    rhubarb is pretty hardy. I use most of mine and then let it die naturally.

    I live in a harsh winter climate and I've never had to do anything for winterizing rhubarb. Just use it all and let it die back. Here it's almost impossible to rid it from the garden if you want to. It's very hardy.

    My rhubarb is very hardy. I use what I need and even freeze some for winter, then let it alone to die back during winter. It comes back in the spring without doing anything. I love it as it is so hardy!
