Try painters tape or medical tape. I have not had much luck removing tape from bubble wrap other than to just cut it and leave it on the bubble wrap nor have I left tape on woodwork for that long a period of time. You might want to test it for a week or two if in a hidden spot if you have the time.

I have used plain old Scotch Tape. But, as Seth pointed out, I’ve never kept it on for any length of time.
Hi there, I do know that the clear packing tape sticks very well to bubble wrap. It should be pretty easy to get off wood when you're done with it.
