PVC Pipe Children's Soccer Goal
My son loves any sport that involves a ball. As a result, I'm always looking for ways to let him learn a new sport. I wanted to give him a little soccer goal that he could practice shooting on.
The first step of the project was to cut the PVC pipe into segments to make the pieces. I cut two pieces at 36" (the crossbars) and four pieces at 24" (the sides).
Assembly was pretty simple. I started by assembling the sides, by inserting two of the 24" pieces into an elbow to make a giant L. Once the sides were set up, I added an elbow to each end of the crossbars, then attached them to the sides.
Once the goal was assembled, I attached the net. The cargo net I bought had hooks that I utilized in attaching the goal, but if you choose a different material, you can adjust your plans to whatever works (Maybe zip ties, etc.)
