You don't need to spend a lot of money on Halloween decorations, or a lot of time. All you need are a few items from your Dollar store. I have two trees in my garden and I knew I wanted to make them in to ghosts this year.
So to get started you will need to visit your Dollar store and purchase tree wrapping or blanket. This is used to wrap your trees in the winter, and some glow in the dark googly eyes.
I took the cover outside and put it over the tree I wanted to cover and cut to the desired length. I have two trees so I did this step twice.
Next I took a marker and marked where my eyes would go.
I then took my cover inside and using a glue gun I attached the eyes where I wanted them to go. This material is very thin so make sure you put something in between so you don't t glue the fabric together.
Take it back outside and place back over your tree.
Here they are finished in my grave yard. I had material left over so I placed it over my little scare crows that were in my garden and drew on eyes. This project cost me $6.00 in total to make. Can't beat that! Happy Halloween.
