I drink it straight out of the bottle 2 good gulps and I am good to go! I happen to love the smell of vinegar and the taste too. Yes, I am an oddball . . . But it works!

I wanted to be sure that was your purpose because there are numerous cleaning solutions made with plain white vinegar. Be sure not to substitute one for the other as Apple Cider Vinegar has fructose and would work against any cleaning results.

Vinegar is a very good antibacterial and anti fungal agent. I have never used the Apple Cider Vinegar for that, but it should still do the job.

I use vinegar everywhere! Cleaning, weed killer, deodorizer, in my laundry. Its inexpensive and versatile!!
