I asked the question concerning Lilys of the Nile.. not Nike!

I live in Wisconsin... I love Lilies of the Nike..I have 4 pots of which haven’t bloomed since the day I bought them 5-7 yrs ago.. I feed them with bloom fertilizers & they still never bloom...help!

    Cilla, my experience with agapanthus (lily of the Nile) has been that it hasn’t bloomed until I’ve planted it in the ground. Once there it has bloomed and grown like a champ. Hope this is helpful

    check the soil, it may need to be repoted in bigger pot or fresh soil or both.

    Check with your local nursery. They know what works in your area for all planting, pruning, winterizing, and all other plant care.

    I’m used to Lily Of The Nile being easy to grow in SoCal, so is your climate too cold for them in the winter?

    My soil was alkaline not acidic. If you have conifers they make the soil acidic.
