Help with removing tin foil from bottom of oven?
We purchased a home and I put foil in the bottom of my oven like I have done in my previous home and after the first time I used the oven the foil became “glued” to the bottom. When I couldn’t remove it easily I “then” consulted the manual and found I should not have put it down. I do not want to scratch the oven porcelain to get it out. I would welcome any suggestions!! Thank you.

Thank you!
I would get a plastic outty knife and some round plastic kitchen scrubbies. Mix a thin paster of vinegar and baking soda, using a whisk in a bowl, and spread over the foil, and leave overnight...... https://www.hunker.com/12577203/how-to-remove-tin-foil-stuck-to-the-bottom-of-an-oven

We put in a new oven and it has warnings all over about not using aluminum foil in the bottom. Once you get it off, you can buy a drip pan that is inexpensive and basically disposable.
Good luck!
Thank you!
