What to do with hydraingea plants
We have two hydraingea bushes. One bloomed a little, the other had no blooms. Is there something we need to do for the winter to encourage blooming in the summer?

Add used coffee grounds to the soil, scratching them in.
Last year I over-pruned my hydrangea bush and got no flowers. So I researched on Google how to prune them properly and I got a bunch of flowers this summer! Why not give that a go....It really helped.

Don't do anything. The stalks have next season's bubs. Let them be and see what happens in the spring.
