Did the seed packet show the approximate time of germination? Perhaps it may take more than a week.

  No, it never mentioned the germation time frame. I googled it, I read that it's very difficult to grow Eucolyptus.

Patience Ann, patience! Can easily take 3 weeks or more if it isn't sunny and warm for the seeds to germinate.
