It depends what zone you are in. For northern areas I would get in ground now or hold off till spring. In milder climates you still have time.

Most grasses go dormant in the winter. Early spring is the best time.
Hi Shirley. I am not sure your location but you should be OK as long as the ground in your area wont freeze for a 3-4 weeks. Good Luck!
