I wanted to make a Halloween wreath & trying not make it as inexpensive as I could. I also didn't want to use a typical wreath form. I knew I wanted to start with a pool noodle, I not only had one on hand, it only is $1.00!

Here is the pool noodle, a pair of witch socks from The Dollar tree, & I not only wanted to duck tape the noodle, I hot glued that plastic piece you see in the picture to stabilize it & that is a broken handle from a dust pan. I cut with a pair of scissors!!

The first thing I did was to cut the heel off the socks, then this part is important "You must put the socks on before you glue & tape. Then I glued on the spiders, & broom. I really only spent $4 for the socks & broom!!! The broom was $3!!

Suggested materials:
  • Socks   (Dollar tree)
  • Broom   (Target (the front dollar section))
