I had a friend who had the same set. Produced in the late 80’s-early 90’s, I think. I helped her repaint it several years ago, and it turned out great. Did you have a specific question?
Major furniture makers have etched or printed manufacturer's name in drawers and often on the back. This looks like the copycat version that was popular in mid '80s that was available in black or white with the brassy accents.
