How do I make a Pumpkin Head for Holloween?

My son want to dress up like Headless man from Scoobe Doo and wants to know how to make a pumpkin head.

You could use a plastic bucket shaped like a pumpkin from Walmart or other stores. That is what I would do.
Your question is a little late so not sure if you still need it. I would pick up a foam pumpkin. I got some for $1. Then just carve or paint a face on them.
How old is your son? You can buy the plastic pumpkins used for trick or treating. Cut out the plastic bottom. Put masking tape around the cut out part so there won’t be any rough edges. You can also make a paper macheit(sp)? one. I know Halloween is past but maybe next year?
