You have to pull them out root and all. If you get it right away it is pretty easy.
Just pull or dig them up as they appear.
The trick is to get them while they are small. Easier to pull out the whole root that way.
oh my gosh! I have a bit of envy, I don’t live in a warm enough place to have palm tree problems. I do have volunteer maple trees, I just yank them out when they are little. It’s more fun with a beverage that has a paper umbrella I bet!

If you don't wish to use chemicals, after attempting to pull it all up including any roots/runners, etc., spray it liberally and often with straight vinegar.
I would dig them up, pot them, and sell them on craigslist!
Some palm trees are worth quite a bit of money. For some states, a palm tree is their state tree and worth a lot to people living there. You might wish to keep the adult tree and sell the younger trees.
I'm sure people who sell trees would be happy to get it
My dad use to cut unwanted trees off at the base, then drill a hole down I. The center, then pour turpentine in the hole. Always worked good for him. 😁 if you dont want to use turpentine, try white vinegar.

Strangle them. Or poison them. Or chop them down. Was that a "joke" question? C'mon.
Keep mowing them down.
Slowly pour very hot boiling water over the small plants after cutting the tip, then after a week or so pull the dead tree/plant.
