How to remove black marks from kitchen floor?

This may sound weird, but it's what the custodians in my school do to get skid marks off of the tile floor. They simply rub it with their own non-scuff soled boot or sneaker and it will peel off without leaving a new mark. The other trick they use is to rub it with a tennis ball.

Try a Mr.Clean magic eraser!
