When is it best time to put down poison for grub worms?

    Hi. Grubs are the larva of beetles and are the bane of every grass lover's existence. In early October and again in March/April are the best times. Early October for the immature larva and April for the larger. They like damp lawns so overwatering can be a prime nesting situation. Good luck.

  • Depending on your climate and zone, most areas are best in spring. I would contact your local extension agent for exact times best for your area

    Late spring , then reapply in September early October.
