Hi Patty. I'm Cindy. Begin by cleaning the blinds. You can wash them in your bathtub to clean. Then cut fabric into long strips to cover your blinds. Measure so that you have a half-inch overlap on all edges. Use a spray adhesive and apply it on the blind and on the back side of the fabric. Lay the fabric on the blind. Use a credit card to remove air bubbles. Allow to dry then use a utility knife with new razor blade to cut fabric excess off. Hope this helps you. Good luck from Cindy.
