What's the best adhesive to use on glass?

What adhesives can I use when placing a small amount of sand and a few sea shells inside a glass wine bottle so the items won't shift. The inside of the bottle will have lights too.

Hi Roslyn. I'm Cindy. I imagine these sea shells are very small because they will have to go thru the opening of the bottle. I read that Loctite Glass Glue will work well for this project. It dries quickly and it dries clear. Good luck.

Rose, thanks for your response. The tutorial doesn't actually use an adhesive inside the bottle but the one following it gave me some ideas for another project using resins.
