I want to know too, how tall is it it,is it in your yard or growing wild somewhere,does it get real cold there I Googled weather you don't seem to get too cold,it looks like something from Kalanchelo/lily Liliceae family maybe some type of Haworthia or aloe(all same family)please keep me informed click on my purple "L" and send me something if you find out I've seen this somewhere I think here(Phoenix) in the Desert Botanical gardens I'm so curious

It's a Monkey Puzzle tree. Yours is very young. Slow growers but can get to be a big tree. The "cones" are ball shaped and can get pretty large before they break open. Definitely a "Statement" tree in any garden.
