Are your shopping bags plastic or paper? I have hung a plastic bag in my kitchen using a screw-in hook. I placed 1 bag handle onto the hook then any other bags I wad up and place them into the hanging bag. You can store hundreds of the plastic shopping bags this way- on the cheep.........

I cut a several-inch wide hole in a large plastic gallon drink jug, and stuff the bags in there. It holds an amazing amount of bags, and I keep it under the sink.

Paper bags we store in between the fridge and wall or counter. Plastic bags, we end up having way to many, I’m trying to go with fabric diy bags, or baskets . So the plastics, same as Laurence, stuff a bunch in one large bag! Or fold a few and place on bottom of trash can ( if you use them that way.) So when you remove full bag of trash, there are replacements.

  • I bought a bag holder and hang it right outside our door in the garage. That way they are easily accessible to everyone.

Put them in a Clorox wipe container. Keep them under sinks in bathroom, kitchen, shelves in a closet to use for trash liners and in the trunk of your car. Use very little space and can cram 20 or more bags in a can!

  • Picked this up at the Craftsman's Fair in Gatlinburg years ago. Mine now sits empty as they outlawed plastic shopping bag as eons ago. You have to bring your own or pay .10 to .25 cents per bag. Loved it when I had bags to put in it. No is just decor as it was hand made and I still love it.

When we have so many that we can't reuse them all, we take them to the grocery store and put them in their recycle bin.
