How to Make a Ribbon Christmas Tree From Stuff Around the House

I just saw that at the Tops grocery store. They used wire tomato cages upside down for the frame, and started loosely twisting the wide ribbon in kind of loops, probably thru the wire cage openings to support the ribbon, until it was covered completely, ending at the topwhere it was tied with ...?... which looked kind of like a bread wrapper bag is when tied. I have a pic i can email if you want... email addy if so. They also used pool noodles duct taped into a spiral with one end being at the center to form a lollipop, attached onto some sort of stick. Contrasting color tape, dif colors of pool noodles...looked cute. 😃
