It is possible that your coupling has loosened from using hot water since hot water can expand the pipe when it warms up. If it is plastic, try tightening it with your hand and a cloth.

In bathroom need to figure out if it's the pipes, drain or from around the sink itself. It might seem like a pipe but just running down from somewhere else.Dry it well with towel then start checking everything with your fingers to see what gets wet. Turning water off & on then dry again, recheck. If it's pipes should be able to tighten them with wrench, the drain(will be several places also where plug connects)by hand, the sink will need recaulking. Righty Tighty Lefty Loosey good way to remember which way to turn. Is it kitchen or bathroom. If kitchen- need to check dishwasher hoses, sprayer nozzle hose & garbage disposal seals/screws on bottom.

If the above ideas don't give you results, try replacing the feed lines, then the drain lines. These are not expensive, and easy to replace.

If the leak is tiny you can tape tissue paper tightly around the pipe to see where the leak starts if you can't find the source with your finger. Put a dishpan under the pipes and turn the water on slowly while watching the paper to see where the leak starts. Often it is the p-trap. Easy to remove and replace.
