I'm Linda and I went looking for a good tutorial to paint a fabric headboard. The only thing that I would add to this tutorial, due to the stains, is to use a coat of primer (along with the fabric medium she uses in the actual paint color). Once the primer is dry, then follow the rest of her directions to paint the fabric on your headboard. Wishing you the best.
