Did the reglazing company cause this? If so, call them to rectify situation. Otherwise, you might try epoxy, but given chance of major water leak, it might be safer to replace.

How long ago was it recoated. It only last a few years. I'll bet the warranty was for 1 year. If still in warranty call them back.
