Why pour vinegar in toilet?

    My house is on a septic tank so I am very careful to not put chemicals down toilets or other drains. White distilled vinegar is the ONLY product that I pour into the toilet to clean it. Allow vinegar to stay in toilet for several minutes then use bowl brush or sponge, flush.

    vinegar is a natural disfectant.

    it's a natural water softener with softer water you get less mineral build up,thus less staining. try it in dishwasher,clothes washer in rinse cup instead of softener for clothes,run it thru your auto coffee maker,iron.

    Holly,. It disenfects shines, and does a nice job once you flush. Put some in your tiolet tank too, it will get the gunk off the walls. Don't leave it in too long. Aloha!
