    You can do

    A. What Cheryl suggests or

    B. Scrape with the Steel Bristle, Powerwash, then Go two coats, with the first: just use small amounts of mortar, sand or topping cement as an additive to very small batches (1/2 Pints) of exterior paint to give it a sort of uneven crusty Milk Paint pitted kind of Texture. (Do not use interior Texture Additive) Roll on the second coat after that crusty mix sets.

    C. Scrape with the Steel Bristle, Powerwash, and Just buy the Exterior Stucco Paint Additives.

Take a good photo to the paint department of the home improvement store and ask them what will work for you. They have the best selection, the most up-to-date materials and most important, the most informative sales staff to get you what you need for a professional job.
