  • If it’s inside your wall, it’s best to call a professional. Mold can be very dangerous and difficult to remove. If it’s anywhere on the outside surface, you can use this safe spray: https://chemistrycachet.com/the-best-way-to-remove-mold-mildew/

Something is permitting water or excessive humidity to infiltrate your wall. Check outside foundation area of house to see if ground needs sloped away from house. Do downspouts divert water at least 10' from house? Are gutters and downspouts in good condition?

Are plantings up against your house?

Do you have a crack or hole in siding, permitting water entry?

Don't hang wet laundry, if this situation is in your basement.

See www.thisoldhouse.com to determine if water is coming from inside or outside source.

You may need a good contractor to evaluate and remedy for you.

Rhodora,. Call a professional for this job. You'll probably need to tear some walls down. Mold is very hard to get rid of, and it can make you sick. Aloha!
