How do I paint my walls quickly?

I painted my living a shade I thought would look like an ivory almond color however it looks like a pale yellow and I hate it. What can I do to try to hide the yellowish tint. I can’t repaint. I think one on the problems is that the home was built in the fifty’s when they shellac’s the hard wood floors and trim around the windows and baseboard. It may be why the yellow seem so prominent. What color drapes or sheers would help also what colors could I look for in an area rug

The type of lighting can make a big difference as well.

Az1. The paint that you used probably didn't cover the paint that was on there, or they didn't mix your paint enough,, or they used the wrong color to begin with. Try another coat of ivory almond. Aloha!

Hi, just curious as to what type of lighting you are using in this room? if it is warm colored it will bring out the yellow, you could try a cool or daylight LED and see if that helps, then add in some blues, greens or grays, any color that is cool

You should always use kiltz first on walls before you paint. The true color of the paint will come out if you kiltz first.
