How to put black space posters on a painted black wall permanently?

The wall is matte black. I have black galaxy posters to put on it which are shiny. Then I want to put a clear finish over the whole thing to look like you are actually looking into space and I want it to be matte also.

Hi Miki, you can also buy matte clear coating that sprays or brushes on, I would think about brushing it on to reduce mess. Craft supply place sell it
