Want to keep it natural teak. Just clean it and apply teak oil.

I use fine steel wool to remove the marks by rubbing along the grain. Then I use a slightly damp cloth to remove the fine particles. When it looks fairly good I then apply the teak oil sparingly rubbing it in along the grain. Do not use too much oil and make sure it is dry before putting anything on top.

My teak furniture still looks great after 45 years.

  • Teak oil will refresh the wood and hide any scratches. Apply it, let it sit for about 15 minutes and wipe the excess away. Then I like to follow it up with Howard Feed and Wax to give it a nice luster. It's applied the same way. Wipe it on, let it sit and wipe away the excess.
