What can I cover my wire racks with in pantry?

Our New House has a great big pantry with wire racks...need suggestions on what we can put on top of the wire racks to hold our can goods and such.

Why not try whatever you have around - Timber or Cardboard or Perspex etc. or maybe Put them in Baskets.
Could place smaller things in basket/tray from dollar store. Cut paper bags to size and cover area. cut down boxes, when empty, to fit over shelves.
Get lumber cut in the hardware store. If you want it to be pretty, stain it or paint it.
You have a few options. You can use baskets to group like items together. You can also buy cheaper peal and stick tile to sit on the wires. They also sell sheeting that's meant to cover wire racks. Or like Emy said, you can get wood.
