Hi Jim. You can faux paint onto glass to give the impression of stained glass. There are also films you can use to get the effect. Good luck.
Jim, Glass is stained to make say a lamp of flowers. You have to use glass that is cut up already. You fastened it with copper ribbon and glue. Aloha!
